A general purpose cementitious non-shrink grout complying with Class A requirements of SAA MP20 part 3. Uni-Grout uses Portland cement as the primary binder and special additives to produce the non-shrink characteristics through gas expansion. The formulation is chloride and iron free.
Uses: Applications requiring a dry pack, plastic or fluid consistency.
Typical applications: All general purpose grouting applications such as structural steel grouting (eg base plates), precast panel & pipe jointing, block & void filling, and underpinning.
Yield: One 20 kg bag will cover 1 square metre to a depth of 12 mm at fluid consistency. Or approx. 100 x 20 kg bags per cubic metre (at plastic consistency).
A high performance, non-shrink, Magnesium Phosphate grout and mortar.
Typical applications: Most small concrete repairs, patching of precast panels & pipes, retrofitting of metal inserts, patching of imperfections such as bug holes, chips and honeycombing in concrete
Yield: One 20 kg bag of MP Rapid Set-60 will yield approximately 10 litres of mixed product. Or 100 bags per cubic metre.
